Legal & Transparency Hub
Clear terms, strict data privacy, and direct technical accountability. Review our business standards, client service agreements, and privacy disclosures.
Privacy Policy
We only collect information you explicitly provide (such as through our qualification form or direct email). We use this data strictly to audit your digital footprint, deliver agreed-upon services, and communicate with you. We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party data brokers or advertisers. You have the right to inspect, export, or permanently delete your data at any time.
Terms of Service
We provide fixed-scope, productized services: foundational packages starting at $299, specialized AI Search Visibility & GEO at $799, and hands-off website management at $149/month. Delivery timeline for setup packages is 10–14 business days from access provision. You retain 100% ownership of your website, Google Business Profiles, Schema markup, and all deliverables. We guarantee disciplined execution of technical search signals, but no ethical agency can guarantee third-party Google or LLM search algorithms.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Maintenance Scope
We back our $149/month Website Care & Maintenance plan with clear service level commitments. Routine content revisions and standard maintenance tasks are fulfilled within 24–48 business hours. Critical outages and security incidents receive emergency escalation within 2–4 hours. This agreement defines included tasks, out-of-scope projects, and server uptime standards.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All services, technical audits, custom code, and digital deliverables provided by AFzDigital are non-refundable. Because our deliverables are fully digital and immediately consumable upon execution, they cannot be returned or revoked. We back our work with a 100% scope execution guarantee. Monthly maintenance plans may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date.
