Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Deliverables & Non-Refundable Nature

AFzDigital operates as a specialized technical digital presence and web engineering agency. All deliverables, including diagnostic audits, custom Schema.org JSON-LD scripts, Google Business Profile configurations, local citation directory updates, Core Web Vitals optimizations, and AI search visibility entity models, are strictly digital products and professional services.

Due to the irrevocable and digitally consumable nature of our work, all sales of services and digital products are final and non-refundable.

Unlike physical products, once digital assets, technical configurations, strategic reports, or proprietary optimizations are delivered, deployed, or transferred to your digital properties, they cannot be returned, reclaimed, or deactivated.

2. Fixed-Scope Technical Packages ($299 and $799)

Our fixed-scope packages, including the Digital Presence Foundation ($299), Local SEO Package ($299), and AI Search Visibility & GEO Package ($799), are structured around rapid, high-intensity technical fulfillment:

• Commitment of Resources: Immediate technical engineering, premium diagnostic API tool allocation, manual directory distribution, and entity modeling work commence upon booking and onboarding.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Payments for one-time packages are non-refundable once purchased and initiated.
• Scope Execution Guarantee: While monetary refunds are not provided, we unconditionally guarantee the complete, rigorous execution of every deliverable outlined in your agreed project scope. If any deliverable contains a technical defect, markup syntax error, or oversight, our engineering team will revise and remediate the issue promptly at zero additional charge.

3. Monthly Website Care & Maintenance ($149/month)

Our ongoing Website Care & Maintenance plan provides continuous security, daily offsite backups, uptime monitoring, and routine website updates:

• Month-to-Month Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring 30-day cycle with zero long-term contracts, lock-ins, or termination fees.
• Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your monthly maintenance subscription at any time by providing written notice to [email protected] or through your client management portal.
• Cancellation Timing: To prevent renewal charges for the subsequent billing period, cancellation requests must be received prior to your scheduled renewal date. Upon cancellation, your support coverage and maintenance monitoring remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
• Past Billing Cycles: Previous subscription fees are non-refundable and non-prorated for partial months, as server monitoring, software licensing, and engineering availability are provisioned throughout each active billing month.

4. Search Engine & Algorithmic Reality

As stated in our Terms of Service, search engines (such as Google and Microsoft Bing) and AI discovery models (such as OpenAI SearchGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini) operate autonomous, dynamic algorithms subject to independent updates and policies.

AFzDigital guarantees the technical integrity, best-practice compliance, and Schema validation of all work executed. However, because no ethical agency controls third-party algorithmic indexing, fluctuations in third-party search visibility, ranking movements, or changes in competitor activity do not qualify for refunds.

5. Billing Questions & Direct Resolution

We are committed to open communication and professional client satisfaction:

• If you have an inquiry regarding an invoice, payment receipt, or renewal date, please contact our billing desk directly at [email protected].
• Before initiating a merchant payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution, we request that you contact us directly. Chargebacks filed without prior communication incur administrative fees and may result in immediate suspension of ongoing maintenance services and API monitoring.
